• Flight Details: Airline flight numbers and scheduled arrival/departure times into Hanoi (HAN) to coordinate private chauffeurs.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your personal details are used strictly for operational tour fulfillment:

• Confirming player names and tee slots with partner golf courses (e.g. Thanh Lanh Valley, Sky Lake, BRG Kings Island).
• Issuing hotel rooming lists and pre-registering early check-in.
• Assigning private transfer drivers and scheduling vehicle dispatches.
• Delivering prompt WhatsApp concierge support throughout your stay in Vietnam.
